STEP 1: Maggie Q has thick hair; Abergel started with a blowout for a base. Spray hair at the roots with René Furterer VOLUMEA volumizing condition spray. Start the round brush blowdry using a boar-bristle brush to give shine and luster to the hair.

STEP 2: After blowout, make a clean center part. Use René Furterer VEGETAL SCULPTING GEL to smooth and slick hair into a low ponytail.

STEP 3: Tease the ponytail to make it big. Smooth the top section only using a Mason Pearson brush.

STEP 4: Wrap the ends of the hair under and create a bun in the shape of a half-moon. Use large bobby pins to secure in place, and make sure to criss-cross pins to achieve maximum hold.

STEP 5: Once bun is secure, spray with René Furterer VEGETAL FINISHING SPRAY and shape bun into its final look.
