NYFW: Beauty By Eufora International For Katie Ermilo

Katie Ermilo was inspired by tennis players for her Spring 2016 collection presented recently at NYFW. This made it easy to imagine the player in her clothes playing couture tennis and getting a little sweaty, activating the natural texture of the hair. Mirza Batanovic for Eufora International decided a pulled back base knot was ideal. "The texture activation happens from the activity," he says, "and the ends naturally come out of the knot, creating an imperfect bun."

Here Batanovic shares how to get the look:

On completely dry hair, apply Eufora Sea Spritz all over to activate natural texture.
Using Eufora Fixation, pull hair back off the face (tighter on the sides) and put in a ponytail at the base of the neck.
Rake through the top of the head to create separation and texture throughout.
Tie a knot with the ponytail and tighten it to desired size. Pin into place.
Finish the look to set in place with Eufora's Uplift Finishing spray.
