The big winner: Saretta Bowerman, owner and stylist at Blue Water Salon in Naples, Florida.

Bowerman was inspired by the packaging of the 10th anniversary edition of the product as she developed her collection.

“I wanted to emulate the shapes of the sequins that cover the bottle in the hair, while also carrying over the color theme of gold and black with hints of texture,” Bowerman says.

“Saretta’s collection has it all: glamourous, yet trendy and wearble, styles featuring her signature styling techniques,” says MODERN SALON’s Editor in Chief Alison Alhamed, who judged the contest. “These looks stand the test of time yet are so on-trend for today’s special-occasion client.”
