STEP-BY-STEP: Golden Blonde Cut & Color for Springtime Transition

Golden Blonde Bob

1 min to read

Hair Cuttery just launched four looks in its Spring Trends 2018 collection to over 800 of their salons. One of the four looks, the Golden Blonde Bob presented by Rodney Cutler, Artistic Director for Ratner Companies, is a modern version of a classic, timeless style. Reinvented over the centuries, the bob has been around since Cleopatra's onyx bob with fringe, through Vidal Sassoon's famous geometric five point cut bob.

Point cut to create softness in perimeter while maintaining a strong outline, this bob is made new through the angle and how it's dressed.

Paired with golden highlights, the color adds a light textural element and carefree movement at the bottom.

"The Bob is here to stay, and there’s opportunity to make it fresh and impart personality through the variation of length and texture, and by adding a splash of unique color," says Cutler.
