Bridal styling is Sara Yousif’s ( @sarayousif_) specialty. The Ulta Beauty Design Team member is based in New Jersey, where she is continuing to help brides prepare for their special day. And we say “continuing” because while COVID-19 interrupted plans set in place prior to the outbreak of the virus, you can’t quarantine love.

“2020 has been full of engagements!” she says.

Yousif is busy helping brides move forward with planning their wedding look.

Her most requested style at the moment is a low chignon, with a lightly teased crown, and escaping front pieces, softly curled to frame the face.

The advice she offers to every bride coming in for a trial is…

  • Come with your hair clean, smooth but not flat ironed

  • Bring any accessories you are considering wearing.

  • Have a picture of your ideal look handy to illustrate your dream style.

She adds fullness and length with the use of extensions, seamlessly blended.
