The CT Barber Expo is all about men’s grooming, attracting vendors, competitors, and guest traveling from all over the world.

The Conneticut Barber Expo (or CT Barber Expo) marks its 10 year anniversary this year, with a show taking place Saturday, August 14 through August 16, 2021 in the 364,000 square-foot newly renovated Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT.

The CT Barber Expo is all about men’s grooming, attracting vendors, competitors, and guest traveling from all over the world to take part in this trade show, as well as the educational, professional, and financial seminars. Brands supporting the event include Barbicide, Babyliss 4 Barbers, Andis, and Wahl.
In 2019, 10,867 people were in attendance: 70% male, 30% female, Ages 18 to 45. The makeup was 12% students, 13% cosmetologist, 4% vendors and 71% barbers.
The 2019 winner of the CT Barber Expo’s competition won a new 2019 Altima. According to Jay “Majors” Raposo: “The CT Barber Expo is the premier place for you to represent your brand. If you want to market to the male consumer, if you want to market to the professional barber even the stylist, the CT Barber Expo is the place to go.”
Saturday, August 14, is vendor setup and pre-party. On Sunday, August 15, the day starts with the educational seminars, followed by Barber Battles and the Expo.
