Ashley Feht(@ashleyfeht) of InStyle Hair (Baldwin Park location) Orlando, Florida, a men's grooming and color formulation and placement specialist and corporate educator for the Lakme product line says she is also working as a coach to enhance, grow, and inspire my fellow stylists at her salon.

First time client, Sara, came in with dramatically grown-out "punky" purple hair (that she did herself). It was a challenge, but Feht knew what to do.

Here she shares the details for this makeover:
Step 1: Apply full highlights using Lakem KBlonde lightener and 30 volume developer.
Step 2: On all the hair left out of the foils, apply Lakme collage 0/00 with double 40 volume liberally on each piece.
("0/00 is a lightener with no level or tone and I had never used it this way before. I was shocked how great it worked!")
Step 3: Processed for 40 minutes. Shampoo.
Step 4: Gloss with Lakme Gloss 10/20 and process for 5-7 minutes. Condition, towel dry and finish with Lakme L2 and Top-Ten Leave In cream.
