NATVA FINALISTS NEWS FROM 7/17/2012: Wella Professionals has officially announced the most visionary finalists for North America who have been chosen to compete at the North American Trend Vision Awards in Los Angeles, California.

On Sunday, July 29, 2012, top hair professionals from the US and Canada will gather at L.A Live between 6:30 p.m. and 10 p,m, for the North American Trend Vision Awards. All of the looks will be critiqued by a panel of highly regarded judges in the hair industry, including celebrity stylists to the stars Thomas Dunkin, Janine Jarman, Jennifer J and MODERN SALON'S own West Coast Editor, Anne Moratto. The event also includes runway hair shows by the Sebastian Professional, Nioxin and Toni & Guy creative teams which interpret the Wella trends.
The stylists will compete as they interpret the released Trend Vision trends, as curated by the Wella Professionals Creative team. Only two will be selected to represent North America against 52 other countries at the International Trend Vision Awards in Madrid, Spain this October.
The trends that are interpreted each year are created by Wella Professionasls Creative Team, including Global Creative Directors Eugene Souleiman and Josh Wood, who forecast four of the most cutting-edge trends each year.
The North American Trend Vision Awards will be streaming LIVE on www.modernsalon.com/natva. The event will be co-hosted by MODERN SALON'S Alison Shipley, and Editor of FIRST CHAIR.
