5 TIPS FOR INSTAGRAMMING YOUR NEXT EVENT:
. 1) create engagement with contests • Start a contest for a giveaway on Instagram and ask followers to use a particular hashtag with the photos you ask them to upload. This helps you keep track of who has entered and also spreads the word so others can join in.
. 2) have fun with your followers• Set up a simple photo booth at your booth with directions and a hashtag for attendees tp post selfie on their social media pages and offer a swag bag or prodcuts to those who participate. This is a great way to get free PR!

. 3) go behind the scenes• Give your followers a sneak peek before the event. Whether it’s a new program, a new logo, pr a new ad, this gets people hyped up to see the unveiling at the event so you’re on their “must-see” list before they even arrive
. 4) stay competitive with other exhibitors • Find industry enthusiasts (aka potential buyers) by searching for the event’s keywords and hashtags. This can help you see what people are saying about the show and give you an in to invite them to your booth
