A Great Way to Cover a Tattoo

A package from SMARTCOVER landed on my desk as I was heading out to a shoot. This heavy duty camouflage cream is used by some Hollywood heavyweights and make up artists to cover blemishes, dark circles, stretch marks and other skin imperfections. It came in SOOOOO handy at our shoot. While we can easily "photoshop" tattoos on most parts of the body, it's difficult to photo shop the neck because it could mess up the neckline of any up-do. We used SmartCover to hide a distracting tattoo on our models neckline. While the tattoo was actually kind of cool, the up-do was elegant….and the tattoo was NOT! I'm not telling you on which model is was used, but it's running soon….I bet you won't be able to tell!  Smartcover.com

In Dubai, Clients Visit the Salon Every Week. Here’s What That Market Can Teach You

In Dubai, a salon visit isn’t an appointment. It’s a weekly routine, and clients can spend $800 to $1,400 a month on it, according to Gaurav Tripathi of MADI International. On October 6-8, 2026, the market behind those numbers opens its doors as Beautyworld Dubai marks its 30th edition at the Dubai World Trade Centre, bringing together distributors, brands, stylists and salon owners from all over the world.
