The new hair care system has technology that helps seal and protect hair from color fading damage and environmental pollution.

Creating salon-quality hair just got easier thanks to Rusk's new hair care system, RuskPRO.
RuskGlobal Ambassador and world renowned platform artist, Takashi Kitamura, shares the 4-1-1 on how to achieve this look in just four easy steps with the new RuskPRO. This hair care system contains CDEpHlex³ Technology, which creates an invisible barrier that wraps around the hair fiber to help seal and protect hair from color fading, damage and environmental pollution.
STEP 1: CLEANSE
After cleansing hair with shampoo, generously spray Restore01 Leave-in Conditioner approximately 10 to 12 inches from hair. Use a wide-tooth comb to help distribute product evenly through the hair from roots to ends.
STEP 2: VOLUMIZE
Take horizontal sections and spray Volumize02 Volumizing Foam in a zigzag pattern down the entire length of the section. Use a wide-tooth comb to evenly distribute product from roots to ends. Use Rusk Engineering Speed Freak Professional 2000 Watt Dryer and a round brush to create maximum body.
“I like to blow dry starting from the side and working towards the front, so clients can immediately see the results,” Kitamura says. “Once both sides are finished, I starting blow drying the back of the head, paying close attention to the crown, ensuring I create a lift from the root.”
STEP 3: POLISH
Use a pea size amount of Polish04 Gloss Wax, work into palm of hands and emulsify between fingers. Apply product from the mid shaft to the ends to create separation, adding just the right amount of sophistication to your client's new glam look.
STEP 4: BUILD
Section hair and spray Build04 Light Hold Hairspray approximately 10 to 12 inches from the hair to help build body. “I like this product for its layer-able quality and the versatility it provides. It delivers instant shine, humidity resistance and control, and yet it brushes out easily, creating a piecey look with movement,” Kitamura says/
RuskPRO collection consists of 14 products that harness cutting-edge technologies to meet high-performance standards across every category: CARE01, STYLE02, TEXTURIZE03 and FINISH04. The collection of products is suitable for all hair types, colors and textures, are free of sulfates and parabens and are animal-cruelty free.
