Aware Products, a leading developer and manufacturer of innovative hair care, bath and body and skin care products, announced today the addition of Kristine Cryer to its senior management team as executive vice president of sales, marketing and product development. In her newly created role, Cryer will bring added depth to an Aware team recognized for superior product development, innovation and best in class operations and customer service.

Cryer is a 20-year veteran of the beauty industry with a distinguished career across product categories including skin care, hair care, body care, color cosmetics and fragrances.  She has led in-house product development, creating award-winning products for some of the most innovative brands in the industry, including Frédéric Fekkai, Aveda, StriVectin, Laura Mercier and The Body Shop.  She also has been recognized as a product expert in leading publications, both in the USA and abroad.  Her extensive experience across the industry, combined with the company’s robust R&D, marketing, operations and sales expertise, will distinguish Aware Products as a key strategic partner to its clients in a way that is unique in the industry.
