In her newly created role, Cryer will bring added depth to an Aware team recognized for superior product development, innovation and best in class operations and customer service.
Cryer is a 20-year veteran of the beauty industry with a distinguished career across product categories including skin care, hair care, body care, color cosmetics and fragrances. She has led in-house product development, creating award-winning products for some of the most innovative brands in the industry, including Frédéric Fekkai, Aveda, StriVectin, Laura Mercier and The Body Shop. She also has been recognized as a product expert in leading publications, both in the USA and abroad. Her extensive experience across the industry, combined with the company’s robust R&D, marketing, operations and sales expertise, will distinguish Aware Products as a key strategic partner to its clients in a way that is unique in the industry.
