The team at DyeVerCity Salon dives into a texture shoot.
TEXTURE! is thrilled to help a salon team share their skills and creativity in designing fresh looks that celebrate texture.
“DyeVerCity Salon’s passion is to show every woman that all hair textures are beautiful and can be styled to fit each individual’s lifestyle,” says Stacy A. Hill, owner of DyeVerCity Salon in Martinez, Georgia. Hill and her team— senior stylist Brittany Adams, Tomeika and make-up artist Whitney Norris—got together with photographer Bradford Cardell Settles to create an entire collection; many of the beautiful results appear in our feature beginning on page 24.
Styling our cover selection, “Modern Day Princess,” Adams maintained the natural hair texture to show that “elegant” doesn’t have to mean sleek and smooth. With a futuristic bouffant in the front, the look bridges high fashion with wearable trend.
