Claudio Lazo's salon in Studio City, C the Salon, was a busy beauty hive of activity on the day I came to experience Lazo's creative hand with color. He offered me a peek into the workings of his salon, where he emphasizes the importance of education. He has a rigorous, detailed apprentice program in place.
"Just lilke an actor who needs to rehearse his lines, we need to rehearse our stuff," says Lazo, who is a Wella Master Artist. "It never comes just off the cuff so even me, a thirty year veteran, I still study every day. And after all this time, I am still crazy in love with hairdressing. I love my industry."
And I love my Illumina color. Thanks, Claudio! You made my blonde look brilliant, again.
