As haircare sponsor of this season's Project Runway All-Stars, a fashion-design challenge, Farouk Systems made appearances throughout.The model's hair was created for each episode by Celebrity Hairstylist Linh Nguyen, on behalf of CHI, and working with CHI and BioSilk products. Farouk Shami, founder and chairman of Farouk Systems and VP of Shows and EducationLisa Marie Garcia made guest appearances in the CHI Haircare Salon assisting with hair consultations.
On February 12, the winner of season four was announced. Dmitry Sholokhov, who created his eight-piece collection in only four days, was awarded the win. In addition to his title, Sholokhov will be the featured designer for a 2015 CHI ad campaign. He will also be a special guest at the Farouk Systems Inc. 2015 International Cancun Conference in Cancun, Mexico and will be supported by CHI artists as he shows his designs.
