Farouk Systems recently held a training for their CHI International Creative Artist Team (CAT) members--150 of them--in Houston, TX on Sunday, January 13.  The CAT Training was launched with a 1920’s themed soiree. CAT members spent their time in Texas learning about new products and techniques for this year’s upcoming collections. Founder Farouk Shami inspired the attendees with a a reminder to "learn more, be more."

 “You never stop learning and when you are having fun doing it, you always want more and more. The experience is always incredible when great talents unite together,” said CAT member, Lorena Garcia.

Shami also shared his vision for the CHI Lone Star Academy, a cosmetology college, and a plan for grooming new talent with a more well-rounded program including sales, marketing and show training.

 “The training was amazing, our Global Board of instructors is the best," said Lisa Marie Garcia, VP of Shows & Education. "They serve with so much passion. This training helps raise our Creative Artist Team (CAT) to the next level. We are excited for this new year to get our team out there to share the Farouk education system worldwide.”
