CHI Ionic Shine Shades is a versatile liquid color line that can be used as a standalone coloring system or in conjunction with CHI Ionic Permanent Shine Hair Color. The easy-to-mix and apply liquid formula features PDS coloring system that can be used for Permanent, Demi-Permanent and Semi-Permanent color formulations along with tone and treatment. The line maximizes color services in the salon (30 minutes or less processing time depending on color formulation).
Coming in 65 shades (includng 5 additives - to intensify or neutralize tones and 1 clear - to add shine for touch ups) CHI Shine Shades offer the ability to deposit lift, tone, correct and refresh all color tones.

The line has replaced the use of ammonia with a mild, yet effective alkaline called MEA (Monoethanolamine). When mixed with peroxide, it does not create any gases (like ammonia) and the color maintains a consistent pH level.
This color line features CHI Ceramic Technology which provide color penetration inside the hair. The Ionic technology helps anchor the dyes deep inside the hair all while adding radiance, shine and longevity to the hair.
The Color Lock Complex adds essential moisture to hair during color service to make haircolor last longer. The line also features silk, aloe and olive oil and Brazilian nut oil which also add moisture and color longevity.
