Statement-making fashion color is no longer a fringe attraction but an established trend embraced by clients, celebrities and influencers. The Unicorn Tribe (@theunicorntribe) celebrated creative color with its New Year Unicorn Contest on Instagram, which asked colorists to share their best vibrant color work. Seven winners were then chosen by the Unicorn Tribe admins to become new members. From mixed metallics to blended bolds, the looks created by the winners showcase the possibilities of playing with color. Three more new Unicorn Tribe members were chosen in The People's Choice Awards, presented by @theunicorntribe and @colortrak, in which winners were chosen based on most "likes" received on Instagram.
