Essie introduces its new Nail Brightening System, the first professional brightening treatment with nail-whitening efficacy. Essie's Brightening System is a comprehensive 3-step system that delivers instantly refreshed nails, achieving reduced discoloration, stains and dullness after just one use. Inspired by professional teeth whitening treatments, Essie has developed an exclusive peroxide-based formula that penetrates porous nail surfaces and sets off an oxidation reaction that breaks apart stains.
The 3-step system includes:
Bright Time Nail Soak, a citric acid and peroxide salt soak, reduces stains and breaks up surface discoloration allowing nails to take on a brighter, healthier luster. To use, soak one hand at a time in a bowl of warm water and Bright Time for 3-5 minutes, allowing the soak to penetrate and cleanse. Wipe nails clean with a warm, damp cloth.
Go Bright Nail Scrub contains citric acid and glycerin to gently exfoliate the nail surface, removing stains while also hydrating and smoothing the nail area. To use, apply a pea size amount of Go Bright onto each nail. Using a nail brush or fingers, gently scrub nails for 3 minutes to remove surface stains. Follow by wrapping nails in a warm damp towel for 3 minutes. Unwrap and wipe nails clean of any leftover residue.
Back to Bright Nail Cleanser is a spray that clarifies and brightens nails with citric acid and glycerin and removes surface residue to prep nails for polish. To use, spray nails with Back to Bright, holding the bottle 4-6 inches from the nail. 1-3 pumps for each hand should do. Wipe nails clean and dry with a lint free pad to remove.
Essie's Tip: Following the brightening system, apply Appricot Cuticle Oil to re-hydrate cuticles and prepare nails for a flawless manicure.
