The blonde beauty recently had her locks colored a minty, turquoise hue by Amber of 901 Salon. We're not about to let this go without hunting down a formula, so Pravana stylist Jamie Muniz shares how you can help a client recreate Hil's look.

GET THE COLOR: HILARY DUFF'S MINTY TURQUOISE

STEP 1: Pre-lighten hair to a light level 9 using Pravana Pure Light Power Lightener and preferred developer.

STEP 2: Shampoo hair and dry completely.

STEP 3: Mix three parts Vivids Pastels Mystical Mint with two parts Vivids Neon Blue.

STEP 4: Process 20-30 minutes at room temperature.

STEP 5: Rinse with cool water.

STEP 6: Shampoo lightly and condition to seal color with Vivids Color Protect after-care products.

STEP 7: Style as desired (Duff has been rocking slightly tousled, very mermaid-like waves).
