The tiny and tasteful state of Rhode Island deserves a tiny and tasteful salon. We stopped by the Frank Antonio Hair and Make Up Salon in Newport, co-owned by celebrity hairdresser Frank Barbosa and Antonio. "This is Shangri-la," he says. "I LOVE being here in Newport. We do hair and make up here as if we were on set." There are pix of celebs, posing with Frank, throughout the salon. Although he just took many down, there are still enough up there to let his clients know that his talents have been utilized on many famous silhouettes.
