Hi everyone, from Miami! OR, bienvenido a Miami, as they say here in South Beach! MODERN is here in beautiful Florida to hang out with the very cool Matrix peeps and document something VERY special for one lucky (and talented!) student and his Academy!
Last April, Matrix began accepting entries in four categories-Stylists, Students, Salon Team and Matrix Friends & Family. From the onset of the competition to its completion on July 31, semifinalists were selected every month. Grand Prize winners-deemed Matrix Mannequin Mania Masters-of the Student and Salon Team categories were awarded with personal visits in their hometowns from Tabatha Coffey and the Mannequin Mania video crew. We are here to document that special day for Terrell Gardner-Matrix Mannequin Mania Student Winner! Here's his winning submission:

Tomorrow, Tabatha Coffey, me and the Matrix team are all headed to Miami's Beauty Schools of America for some one-on-one time with Terrell and Tabatha-I can't WAIT to see the students when they get to meet her!
