Sporting her "California Girl" look, Katy Perry hit the red carpet with her new, fierce blue hair style, hot pink lipstick and yellow nail polish, which followed her throughout her performance later that night. If you are wondering why Perry chose this neon blue it's because she is set to star in an upcoming movie called "Smurfs" and she is playing the role of Smurfette. However, this look is not completely new for Perry; she also wore the hair style to the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards in March.
