Kerin Rose has been named the new Sebastian Visionary, and will assume her “duties” this summer. Rose is simply a spectacular person and a wonderful surprise to the trade and consumer editors assembled for her introduction last night in NYC.
Known as the “Bedazzling Queen”, Rose designs for her high end eyewear company “a-morir”, creating unconventional and breathtaking looks by placing Swarovski crystals, pearls, lace, studs and even spikes on sunglasses. Her many fans include a total assortment of “Who’s Who” in celebrity-dom including Katie Perry, Rhianna, Grace Jones, Nicky Menaj, Debbie Harry….it goes on and on. Of her success, she says “Frankly, I didn’t seek this out…glitter totally found me.”
