Keune Haircosmetics has initiated a distributor support program to help facilitate the company’s expanded growth through a staff of dedicated brand specialists. Keune has appointed its first four brand specialists who will be placed at the company’s most committed and dedicated distributor partners. The specialists will be local and available to support independent distributors, distributor salon consultants (DSC) and the salons served by these distributorships.

The brand specialists will provide ongoing sales and product training for the distributorship, help DSCs with promotions and strategies and assist DSCs in growing the business of each of their Keune salons.

The initial Keune brand specialists are Erica Garza, serving Salon Services and Supplies; Brenda Dimon , Salon Direct; Sara Lombard, National Salon Resources and Denny Grimmett, Sweis, Inc.

“Keune started a partnership format with Salon Services to better support the educational needs in our area salons and our sales consultants in January, 2013. We have been incredibly successful in demonstrating the strength of Keune via this education and sales specialist program,” says Sydney Berry, president of Salon Services and Supplies. “The format has created the foundation for Salon Services to continue to grow the brand based on the opportunity that Keune provides on a global perspective with localized assistance that magnifies the brand’s capabilities.”

Andrew Biazis, Keune’s chief operating officer, says, “In keeping with Keune’s rapid growth this year, we have committed to providing more support to our DSCs and our current and new market-leading salon partners. Therefore, we have implemented a unique brand specialist program in which Keune subsidizes this brand resource at select distributors.  We anticipate tripling the number of these brand specialists over the next three years. This is just one example of how Keune brings ongoing commitment to its professional beauty distribution network.” Visit www.keune.com/us.
