At a recent Modern Salon Media photosession, I had the pleasure of spending time with 2 of my favorite ladies: Pueology's Ruth Roche and Redken's M-Kat. Both were in our studio helping transform a couple of models for our October issue.
Anyone who knows M-Kat also knows that her hair has an amazing distinction....it "blossoms" throughout the day. "I've always been told that my hair is like a sundial," M-Kat told me. "It starts off flat, and as the day wears on...it grows bigger and bigger."
I couldn't resist. I handed the microphone over to Ruth who helped us chronicle the phenomenon. While we documented the "growth" from morning to 6 p.m., M-Kat called me later that night to let me know that her hair was a full afro by the time she was ready to say goodnight.
