Martino Cartier is using his platform as a salon owner and celebrity spokesperson to enhance the lives of those in need. His "Friends Are By Your Side" program is designed to help cancer patients get wigs. We caught up with Martino at a Hot Heads event where he offered some background. Also here is his original video with 11 year old Kiki who had two wishes...get a wig and then meet Justin Bieber. Martino's goal? To make all of her dreams come true.
