Born and raised: Born in Vietnam; grew up in Europe and the U.S.

My style right now: West Hollywood meets Beverly Hills— “approachable luxury.”

My hair right now: Triple Process—because I’m a natural Level 4.

Coolest look I ever created: I was the guy who took celebs from blonde to brown and back again. i.e. Katherine Heigl.

Toughest part about being a celeb: My favorite quote, “you look better in real life!”

Favorite outfit: Skinny jeans and T-shirt.

Favorite item in wardrobe: Shoes. I love Rock ‘N Republic. They are masculine, but funky!

Toughest part of my job: Being the barer of bad news—when they can’t have the color they want. Level-2 clients always want Nordic Blonde.

If I hadn’t become a hairdreser I would have: Become a Realtor. I love homes and I’m always on the go!

Best song on my iPod: Earth, Wind, and Fire September.

Most people would be surprised to learn: I used to ride a motorcycle when I first came to LA.

My secret talent: Patience with clients.

I relax by: Having a cocktail by the pool.

Guilty pleasure: Skittles.

My cause: Anything to do with children and battling their illnesses.

My mentor: Frederic Fekkai.

My moto: “What’s new and fresh today?”

I became a hairdreser because: I really wanted blonde hair and no one could do it! So I wanted to help people achieve their dream color.
