Last month, PRAVANA Founder and CEO Steve Goddard, with longtime friend and industry colleague Kevin Wachs, CEO of Earthly Body Inc., participated in the Victory for Victims 5K/10K Walk Run to benefit the Center for Assault Treatment Services (CATS). CATS is a 24/7 immediate response program serving adult and child victims of sexual assault and domestic violence in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys by providing free forensic medical evidentiary examinations and interviews. It is a part of the Dignity Health – Northridge Hospital Medical Center.
Goddard and Wachs have each made commitments to give back to the community. In July 2015, the duo produced and performed a tribute to The Beach Boys, raising over $20,000 for City of Hope to help in the fight against cancer. This upcoming June, they’ll be back on stage as producers and performers of another musical event taking place at the El Rey Theater in Los Angeles to benefit The Beauty Bus, Tree People and more.
