Tania Kingsrud is the new vice president of marketing for PRAVANA. With over 12 years of experience working on beauty and lifestyle campaigns for a wide range of brands, she offers expertise in the execution of innovative, results-driven marketing programs to launch, build and revitalize brands. Professional specialties include brand management, promotional development, new product, media relations, digital communications and event marketing and execution. Prior to joining PRAVANA, Kingsrud was the Sr. Director of Brand Marketing and Communications at PMK BNC in Los Angeles working with brands such as MAC Cosmetics, DryBar and The Honest Company. Kingsrud graduated with a BA in Marketing and Communications from the University of Southern California.

Seferian's background includes Sephora, Dior and LVMG and time spent in all four realms of the beauty industry: skin, fragrance, color and hair. Irene is very passionate about hair care and feels as though she lives and breathes it every day. Prior to her current position as a Director of Marketing at PRAVANA, she worked as an Assistant Account Executive for a boutique PR agency, Wonacott Communications. Her creativity is organic, which is crucial in the marketing field. Irene likes to think outside of the box to easily put herself in the place of the cliental – engaging and understanding them fully for a better range of services and products.

In 2002, Jamie graduated from Paul Mitchell the School in Costa Mesa, California, which began her career of assisting and eventually working alongside some of the most well-known talent in the industry. She was very privileged to hone her craft under the tutelage of Paul Mitchells’ finest stylists. She quickly built her own clientele and settled into a small salon in La Jolla, California where she worked behind the chair for several years. During this time, she decided that she would go back to school to get her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. She worked full-time in the salon and attended school at Ashford University graduating in 2012. Jamie’s years of experience behind the chair made her an asset to the PRAVANA team and joining their unique atmosphere has put her in a position to help shape the future of the industry from a stylist’s perspective.
