Salon owner, stylist, and certified master colorist Melanie Nickels founded Raw Hair Organics. As the owner of Raw Hair Organic Salon in Naples, Florida, she saw a need for a truly organic, professional hair care line.

“People want natural but they want it to perform like synthetic,” Nickels says.

Inspired by her husband’s battle with cancer, she was determined to use her professional know-how to find a formula that would satisfy client and stylist, alike. She created Raw Hair, a natural and organic hair care line, and the success of this system has led to the development of Raw Curls, created specifically for textured hair. There are currently seven products in the range, from cleansers to pomades. 

Raw Curls products are free of silicone, sulfates, alcohol, parabens, wheat, GMOs and are not tested on animals.
