Now that we’ve learned the sizing deets on Instagram, we move next to the platform that focuses on, well, word counts. Picture it, you scroll through your Twitter feed on your mobile phone and all you see are tiny, two-centimeter square brand images of your following profiles. The small photos may seem insignificant, but it’s still the foremost image that represents your brand across the entire platform. That being said, make sure it is of the highest quality – we’re talking 440 x 220 for optimization!

In addition, the partner image to maximize your Twitter profile is the header photo. This ‘Big Kahuna” pic spreads across the entire top of your profile (think Facebook cover image). Focus on choosing a photo that is attention grabbing, and most importantly, of great quality, 1500 x 500 quality.
