We loved January Jones sideswept hair, which didn't compete with her elaborate gown.
Eva Longoria looked like a Greek goddess, with her perfect coif and sweeping ivory dress.
Natalie Portman kept it sweet and simple in strapless with her slicked back bun.
Now, for the Downs….
Julie Bowen's long, straight hair paired nicely with her long, lean pantsuit.

Finally, the ponytail! While we saw sophisticated high ponys, classic low ponys with a middle part, we think the best look of the night was Angie Harmon, who really ruffled our feathers with her chic pony and pink ballgown.
