Although the Ted Gibson Advanced Academy has not yet officially opened, many classes are already sold out or close to full.
"I'm so excited about the academy," Ted told me when I stopped by last week. "This is a whole new approach to education."
4 different classes will be held in both the New York and Ft. Lauderdale Ted Gibson Salons. "We are changing education," he says, "A change to create better haircutting, styling and lifestyle, and what I mean by lifestyle is monetarily. I want all of us to make more money, and by that we all have to learn a strong foundation."
The classes offered are: "Technique to Trend", "Backstage to Runway", "Celebrity Couture" and "The $1200 Haircut" (held this October). The classes start at $800.
