Love'n the Sixties

If you'ever visited London's Carnaby Street in the ‘60s, the "Love Me Do" collection from New Zealand's Servilles Group will look very familiar.
Named for The Beatles' hit tune, Love Me Do features cuts, color, make-up and fashion that recalls the Fab Four, supermodels Twiggy and Jean Shrimpton, and the other icons of one of fashion's greatest eras and locales. The simple, precise, flattering looks of that time never seem to go out of style.

Love Me Do features the work of Servilles owner, Paul Servilles and Creative Director Kyla Rose. Colors range from platinum to dirty blonde with beige and caramel highlights. The perfectly shaped cuts can be worn straight or tousled, or updated with longer layers. Eyes are dark and heavily lined and lips are pale to nude. Simple shift dresses complete this 21st Century take on the ‘60s.

In Dubai, Clients Visit the Salon Every Week. Here’s What That Market Can Teach You

In Dubai, a salon visit isn’t an appointment. It’s a weekly routine, and clients can spend $800 to $1,400 a month on it, according to Gaurav Tripathi of MADI International.
