There was a lot of excitement backstage during New York Fashion Week at the William Rast show….and it probably had more to do with a Justin Timberlake citing than the cool hair and fun fashion! (Justin and Rast are partners for this line.) I met behind the scenes with Thomas Dunkin, lead stylist on behalf of Sebastian Professional. Thomas layered products to create a "beachy, tousled look with lots of windblown volume and texture," he said to me as he blew the hair all over the place with a blowdryer. "It's all about fitting the free-spirited nature of the collection."
The fashion for this fall/2010 season was casual, the hair was fitting…..and, sadly, I had to leave before Justin arrived.
