It was a most exciting night in Hollywood, California this past Sunday. Bruno (CEO), Anthony (Senior Vice President) and Zak Mascolo (Director of Image) held a special dinner and ceremony to announce the winners of the TONI & GUY PHOTOGRAPHIC AWARDS. More than 200 stylists showed up at the W Hotel to see some of the most creative entries since the competition began 15 years ago. There were 750 entries in several categories including color, fantasy, mens and student.

"This was really difficult for us," Bruno told me at the cocktail reception. "There were so many amazing entries. We knew we had a talented group, but this went above and beyond our expectations."
As far as photography itself is concerned, Anthony sees that it is an important element in becoming a better hair designer. "At the end of the day, it's one of the most motivational things a stylist can do," he says. "It's a great way to immortalize their work. And as far as the work entered here... it's tremendous.
