Finck changes his look all the time and is very edgy and smart about what he wants. For the Hollywood Bowl event we wanted something completely different. If you’ve ever seen Finck perform he has a very particular stage presence. His movements are in tandem with the music, and we wanted his hair to take on the same attitude and aura. I just happen to really understand his mind and the kind of style he wants.
Every tour Finck and I come up with a new hairstyle. For this one, we decided to cut it short, but keep some length around his face to accentuate his movements.
I used clippers and BMAC scissors, my favorite tool, to create longer sideburns.
This look features a fade in the back and sides and the hair is longer on top of the head melting to the sideburns.
When he jams out on stage, his hair rocks with him, and I think this hairstyle is a great way of expressing his creativity and unique look.
Get it? Got it? Good. Life is too short to have boring hair.
