New Ulta Beauty Pro Team member Gilad Goldstein. Gilad’s advice to stylists starting their career: • Trust your instincts and take risks. “Growth often comes from failure, but every misstep carries a lesson that compounds into experience. Believe in yourself and keep moving forward.”
New Ulta Beauty Pro Team member Justin Toves-Vincilione. What Justin looks forward to most: “Reshaping what it means to be a mentor and a source of lasting change for others. It has been overwhelming at times, receiving so much celebration from the industry as I began to emerge and took the risk to make myself known. It takes a lot of nerve to step up and say, ‘I've got something to show you.’"
Goldstein ( @myguiltycrown) and Toves-Vincilione (@ahappyjustin) join an exclusive group of industry-leading Pro Team artists who educate and inspire stylists on behalf of Ulta Beauty while representing individual brand partners. Goldstein will represent essential backbar partner Redken and Toves-Vincilione will represent Moroccanoil, a newly announced Ulta Beauty backbar and brand partner.

Ulta Beauty’s Empowering Culture
“We’re incredibly proud of Justin and Gilad as they continue to grow and inspire,” says Megan Murray, VP of Events and In-Store Experience at Ulta Beauty. “Their journey reflects the empowering culture we strive to build, where every associate can dream big and achieve more.”
Voices from the Pro Team
“Leveling up to the Ulta Beauty Pro Team has been a goal throughout my eight-year journey on the Design Team for Ulta Beauty,” says Justin Toves-Vincilione. “I'm excited to help bring together the two worlds of Moroccanoil and Ulta Beauty, elevating both communities and expanding the possibilities for professional hairstylists.”
“I look forward to continue partnering with Ulta Beauty to create education that helps upskill our stylists and give them fresh ideas to share with their guests,” says Gilad Goldstein. “I’m also thrilled to begin a new partnership with Redken and connect with a legacy community of education icons. I can’t wait to learn from them and continue developing my own skills through this collaboration.”
A Path for Stylists at Ulta Beauty
Both Goldstein and Toves-Vincilione started behind the chair at separate locations of The Salon at Ulta Beauty and continued their stylist journey as Design Team members. This next step shows how well they have seized the investment that Ulta Beauty has poured into them, says Murray.
“If someone is just starting in this industry, they can now look up to the icons on the Ulta Beauty Pro Team and see a clearly defined path of how to get there,” Murray explains. “Justin and Gilad started as unseasoned stylists, worked hard and progressed beautifully through their careers at Ulta Beauty. From building a clientele, to auditioning to earn a spot on the Design Team, to becoming a mentor, they have taken full advantage of every opportunity Ulta Beauty provides to learn, lend expertise and be creative.”
Growing Together
As members of the Pro Team, Goldstein and Toves-Vincilione can relate to and speak about careers at Ulta Beauty from their own successfully lived experience, says Murray. “They’ve grown with Ulta Beauty and now Ulta Beauty is growing with them.”
