These appointments provide an opportunity to stay connected with clients, maintain the relationship, and continue delivering value without requiring them to commit to a full transformation every visit.

I also think these services contribute to a better overall client experience because they offer flexibility. Not every guest needs a 3 hour appointment every time they come in. Sometimes they simply want a refresh, and offering strategic maintenance services allows us to meet clients where they are while still helping them look and feel their best.
