More than ever, guests are showing off their natural texture not sure for everyday, but for special events as well.

“Women are seeking to express their authenticity and show who they really are,” says Stacey Ciceron, Oribe brand ambassador, textured hair and lifestyle professional. “We are seeing more inclusion in fashion, beauty and other genres across the board…Now through more representation in media and women in leadership roles, women are now rejecting mainstream beauty standards and proudly rocking their natural textures.”

“Having really good, firm-hold products is key. It keeps styles in place while protecting from environmental elements that contribute to frizz and deflated styles.”

1.Wash-and-go: Client starts with their own natural texture

2.Twist-out or braid-out: This stretches the hair and creates one uniform texture 

3. Blown-out and stretched: Client has a smooth texture that can be molded into different styles  

4. Adding hair: This can be braids, extensions or wigs for length, texture and style.
