What education and resources can a salon or solo artist expect to receive immediately, and then over the first six months, after switching to or adding Aloxxi’s color line?
When a salon joins the Aloxxi family, we immediately offer salon education that sets them up for success with our brand. The Aloxxi Experience is our initial seminar that introduces hairdressers to the product and culture that makes up Aloxxi. They receive in-depth knowledge of our color brands, how our consultation process works, formulations and conversions, and model application. After the Aloxxi Experience, salons have
the opportunity to continue their education by selecting from a full range of seminars and creative workshops that are customized to their needs.
Based on the initial partnership agreement, Aloxxi will work with the salon to develop an education calendar that supports their staff and requests.

What are Aloxxi’s most popular color education experiences?
Balayage and Free-Form Highlighting: This creative workshop not only addresses balayage, it also features new approaches to color melting and ombre, and addresses free-form highlighting for textured hair.
Ultra Hot and Pastel Blonding: Fashionable trend colors and pastels continue to grow and become mainstream. During this creative workshop, hairdressers experience how to create pastel toner mixes, how to pre-lighten to the perfect base to support the desired tonal direction and how to incorporate pastel or fashion shades into their daily work.
Color Correction Experience: No matter how long a stylist has been doing color, they are always interested in learning different approaches and techniques to address color correction.

Our 2-in-1 Color Consultation book is key for offering the Aloxxi Experience. It allows the hairdresser and client to communicate about the desired end results and how to achieve them while being a resource for the hairdresser. This is offered as a part of Aloxxi color openers. Additionally, paper swatch charts, salon technical
guides and inspirational color techniques (step-by-steps) are available to download from Aloxxi.com/professional. All the stylists need to do is create an account.
What would most surprise colorists about Aloxxi’s color education?
We are committed to offering hairdressers real and relevant concepts and techniques, which they can immediately use within their salons and adapt to the needs of their daily businesses. It’s great to attend a show or workshop and see something that is extremely over-the-top creative, but hairdressers are often left not knowing how to translate that inspiration and make it relevant to their daily business. We help bridge that gap.
