Step 1: Lift the natural level 2 to an even (without demarcation) level 8 with Pravana Pure Light Power Lightener and 30 Vol. Peroxide and process for 25 minutes.

Step 2: After processing is complete, rinse the lightener, shampoo with Pravana Hydrating Shampoo, then towel dry. Next, part the hair in 7 sections. After sectioning the color application, apply using Pravana Vivids Neon Color Line.

Step 3: The middle panel has 3 subsections: in the front neon blue, middle neon green, the back neon yellow. Both side panels are neon orange, the two temples are neon pink, and all colors are processed for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Step 4: After processing, rinse the color panel by panel to avoid bleeding, Apply Pravana Color Protect Conditioner and process for 5 minutes, then rinse, dry, and style.
