Jordan Gabriel Pardo (@jordangabeeee) of Agence Salon, San Dimas, CA, is the master of color corrections (just check out the amazing Instagram page!)

Here Pardo shares the details for this lovely transformation:

Step 1: Babylight the hair with Redken Flash Lift with 20 volume.
Step 2: in between each foil, apply Redken Shades EQ 5n(1/2oz) + 6t(1/2oz) where you see a line of demarcation along with any warmth. "This will help diffuse any harsh lines, and neutralize any unwanted warm tones."
Step 3: Using Redken Flash Lift with 20 volulme, balayage any hair left out that you want to see pop. "I like to take all the hair around the hairline to create contouring moments." Process, rinse and towel dry.
Step 4: Create a center profile part and apply a root shadow with Redken Shades EQ 5n(1/2)6t(1/2). Process for 10 minutes and then shampoo.
Step 5: Tone with Redken Shades EQ 8v(1/2)7p(1/2)9(1/2)9b(1/2) 1:1 for 8 minutes.
