"This is the second time I've seen this guest," says T.J. Rosbeck (@stylist4u247), the salon manager of Get Dolled Up Beauty Lounge, Shorewood, WI. "The first time she paid me a visit was for a haircut to remove a few inches of very damaged hair. She's a teenager, and had been doing home 'bleach jobs' and using different direct dyes to try and achieve the popular mermaid hair trend. Unfortunately, in the process, she severely damaged her hair. We were looking to go closer to her natural color to allow the hair to grow out and heal."

Step 1: Apply Schwarzkopf Professional Igora Vibrance Demi-Permanent color 6-68 with 1.9%/6 vol developer with Schwarzkopf Professional FibrePlex No. 1 Bond Booster added in to help rebuild the broken bonds.

Step 2: Process for 30 minutes and then shampoo with the FibrePlex shampoo. Follow with FibrePlex No. 2 Bond Sealer. Process for 10 minutes to refine the new bonds and seal down the cuticle.
