IGORA COOLS: COOL COLOR RESULTS ON ANY BASE
For this cool blonde result, Lisa Tucker, @rootedwithlisa, used IGORA ROYAL 20g 8-21 + 10g 8-0 for gray coverage on the roots; BLONDME + 20-volume developer to lighten the hair and IGORA VIBRANCE 1-oz. 9-12 + ¼ oz. 9-0 to gloss.

HOW-TO: COOL FOILAYAGE
Highlights on darker bases pose a real challenge. It’s important to neutralize the warm, lifted sections and provide your clients with a seamless result. Here’s a solution—a foil balayage followed by a root melt via bottle application to blend the roots with the mid-lengths and ends.
