Alexander Scott (@AlexanderScottHair) of Bang Seattle, Seattle, Washington, wowed us with this incredible makeover and we had to know more! "The previous color was done by me about 9 months prior (formula: Redken Color Fusion 3n and 10 volume.) The color transformation was done over 2 sessions."
Here Scott shares the details for both sessions:
SESSION ONE:
Step 1: Apply Redken Flashlift with 30 volume and 1/8th oz of Olaplex on the mid-lengths and ends for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Apply the same formula to the new growth and process for 45 minutes. Then apply Olaplex step 2 for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Apply Redken Blonde Dimensions with 20 volume and 1/8th oz Olaplex from the mid lengths to ends and process for 20 minutes. Rinse.
Step 4: Tone with Shades EQ 9n and 9nw, equal parts, and process for 10 minutes.
SESSION TWO (4 weeks letter):
Step 1: Apply Redken Flashlift with 30 volume to the new growth and REdken Flashlift with 10 volume to the rest of the hair. Both are blended with 1/8th oz. Olaplex. Process to pale yellow. Rinse.
Step 2: Apply Redken Shades EQ 15g 9v 30g 9gi 45g Clear for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Apply Olaplex step 2 for 10 minutes. Shampoo with Oribe Bright Blonde shampoo and style with Oribe Royal Blowout and Supershine.
