This client never had color applied ever - except for the blonde which (as you can see) needed to be corrected ASAP.

"According to my client, the hairstylist who applied the blonde used strange looking bottles that had very little or no labeling to mix the color. The foils looked as if they have been used more than five times as they were so crumpled. All my client wanted was for me to cover it up completely," says Thelma De Klerk (@hairbythelma), a blonde, balayage and ombre specialist based at The Muse, Johannesburg, South Africa.

De Klerk shares the details for the correction, using all Schwarzkopf Professional:

Step 1: Apply tint to the dark section of her hair.

Root formula: half 7-0 (natural) half 7-46 (beige, chocolate)
On the blonde: Pre-pigmented her hair before my tint application.
Mix equal parts 7-57 (gold copper) + 0-88 (red Concentrate) + 0-55 (gold Concentrate) with boiling water, added to my spray bottle. Mist the blonde with the pre-pigment formula. Dry into the hair. ("It looked pastel red/orange.")

Step 2: Tint with 6-65 (chocolate gold) and 6-46 (beige, chocolate).

Step 3: Process for 45 minutes. Treat with Schwarzkopf Professional Color Freeze "Shine Concentrate" treatment to help lock in the color pigments and seal the hair surface.
