Elizabeth Faye feels so passionately about the transforming power of hairstylists, that she created a documentary to share that conviction and to celebrate that belief.
Faye, an educator, facilitator, coach, and mentor, says her mission is to evolve the industry and to raise the standard of what it means to be a hairdresser. "I am just an advocate for the beauty industry," she says in this interview. "I mean, at the end of the day, I am a cheerleader for their success and the well being."

Spreading the Hair Love
Hair Love University, her education program, offers retreats, coaching, and community. "I was a hairdresser for almost 10 years, but almost my entire career, I was 50/50 educator and hairstylist," Faye shares. "And so I've been a beauty school teacher, I've worked with tons of brands, been in corporate education, independent education, I've kind of had my hands in education in a lot of different ways."
