1. Prep hair by applying two pumps of Moroccanoil Treatment from mid-length to ends to set the perfect foundation for styling.
2. Apply Moroccanoil BeachWave Mousse from roots through ends.
Diffuse hair until completely dry.
3. Begin on left side by creating a diagonal parting near front hairline.
4. Split subsection into two equal strands.
5. Use your forefinger and middle finger to keep space between the two strands while tying a knot.
6. Use light tension while tying to keep the center of the knot open. Place a bobby pin right through the center of the knot—this will hold the knot in place and keep it from falling apart.
7. Add hair from the top and divide equally between the two strands.
8. Repeat first step.
9. Continue adding hair from the top equally to both strands and knotting until you reach the center of the back of
the head.
10. Repeat the steps on the right side of the head, feeding the hair from the top equally into the two strands you are knotting together.
11. When you reach the center of the back of the head, join both braids together and secure with an elastic.
12. Spray Moroccanoil Dry Texture Spray throughout and wisp the hairline to frame the face.

1. Prep hair by applying two pumps of Moroccanoil Treatment from mid-length to ends to set the perfect foundation for styling.
2. Apply Moroccanoil Smoothing Lotion from mid-lengths through ends, blow hair dry.
3. On dry hair, create a 1" central vertical section from the front hairline to the high point. Secure with a styling clip.
4. Isolate and secure a 1" hairline section on the right and left of the center section extending to the front of the ear.
5. Take a small subsection at the high point, in the central vertical section and split it into two strands.
6. Twist both strands counterclockwise. Cross the left strand over the right to begin a rope braid.
7. Add a small subsection of hair to the left strand and join them by twisting the hair counterclockwise. Cross the left strand over the right strand.
8. Repeat these steps, continuing to add small subsections of hair to the left strand, twisting counterclockwise to join, and crossing the left strand over the right strand until reaching the front hairline.
9. At the front hairline, direct one strand to the left side of the head and secure with a styling clip. Direct the other strand to the right.
10. Split the strand that is directed to the right side into two strands.
11. Twist both strands counterclockwise.
12. Cross the left strand over the right strand.
13. Add a small subsection of hair to the left strand and join them by twisting counterclockwise. Cross the left strand over the right strand.
14. Repeat until reaching the top of the ear. Stop adding subsections of hair at this point, but continue the rope braid, directing it towards the back of the head.
15. Secure the hair ends with an elastic. Repeat on the left side.
16. Connect the two rope braids with an elastic at the back of the head.
17. Spray Moroccanoil Dry Texture Spray on the hair below the ears and detail with a Marcel iron.
18. Spray Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray Strong above the ears to set hair into place.
19. Apply Moroccanoil Glimmer Shine for added radiance.

1. Prep hair by applying two pumps of Moroccanoil Treatment from mid-length to ends to set the perfect foundation for styling.
2. Apply Moroccanoil Volumizing Mousse from roots through ends.
Rough-dry hair until completely dry.
3. Use a 1 ½ inch curling iron to curl random tendrils of hair to create movement.
4. Create a large halo section centered over the crown.
5. Back-comb the hair in the halo section to create volume at the crown area.
6. Smooth the surface of the hair.
7. Use an elastic to secure the hair into a ponytail at the lower crown.
8. Define the natural part in the front.
9. Begin a Dutch braid along the heavy side of the natural part by taking a 1" subsection and separating it into three stands.
10. Cross the right strand under the middle strand. Cross the left strand under the middle strand.
11. Add a small subsection of hair to the right strand and cross it under the middle strand.
12. Continue in the same manner until reaching the top of the ear. Upon reaching the top of the ear, stop adding hair to the strands before braiding so that the braid transitions from a Dutch braid to a three-strand braid.
13. Secure hair ends with an elastic.
14. Take a small subsection of hair from the ponytail to anchor the braid. Secure hair ends with a pin.
15. Spray Moroccanoil Dry Texture Spray over the hair. Detail the ponytail to create additional texture.
16. Use Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray Strong to set the finished style.
